This is one of the softer palms in the Phoenix group and originates from Bhutan to Darjiling. It can grow up to 25', will want full sun and can tolerate down to 24 Degrees F. For more information and pictures, try this link: http://www.palmsnc.org/pages/palm_detail.php?id=50 . You'd be buying what you see in the photo(Or very similar to). One 5 Gallon that's approximately 24" out of the soil. This can be shipped bare-rooted(1st S+H option) or in the container(2nd S+H option) and my shipping days are on Wednesdays. Orders must be completed on Tuesdays by 4pm PT in order to ship next day. If there are any problems upon arrival, please contact me within the first 7 days. After that, it's out of my growing control.
