Store Policies
Shipping Information: Our standard shipping method we use is Priority Mail(2-3 days) via USPS. We give you the option of shipping your plants in the container(Recommended for best results) or bare-rooted(No soil, roots wrapped in wet moss). We ship orders out every Wednesday(Exluding Holidays) and orders must be completed on Tuesdays by 4pm Pacific Time in order to ship-out the following day.
Refund and Return Policy: Returns are not accepted. We offer a healthy arrival and first 7 days after. If there is a problem within the first 7 days after arrival, simply contact us and send a picture of the plant. We will review it and get back with you on your options of a refund or replacement. Any problems after the 7 day period is out of our growing control.
